🛡️ 1. 100% Delivery Guarantee (Lost Package Insurance)

We take full responsibility for your order until it arrives safely at your door. Because all parcels are shipped via tracked Australia Post (AusPost), if AusPost officially confirms that your package is lost in transit or misdelivered, Fluxaud Shop promises either a 100% Free Reshipment or a full store credit immediately. Your funds are entirely safe with us.

⏱️ 2. Order Cancellation & Strict 14-Day Return Policy

  • Order Cancellation: We accept order cancellations before the product is processed or shipped. If your order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a 100% full refund. Please note that we absolutely cannot cancel an order once the package has already been shipped out.
  • Strict Return Conditions: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product. However, due to the health and perishable nature of tobacco and disposable vape products, the item must be entirely unused, unopened (including inner seals), and in the same pristine condition that you received it in its original undamaged factory packaging.
  • Return Logistics: Customers are fully responsible for arranging the return logistics and covering all return shipping costs. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; contact our official customer service to obtain the designated Australian return address.

🏦 3. Local Bank Transfer (BSB) Verification FAQ

  • Q1: How long does it take to verify my Bank Transfer payment?
    Once you complete the local bank transfer, please allow 1 to 2 hours during business hours for our accounting team to clear the funds. For transfers made late at night or during weekends, it will be processed first thing the next business morning.

  • Q2: What should I do after making the transfer to speed up shipping?
    To speed up the packing process, please take a quick screenshot of your payment receipt and upload it via our live customer service chat or reply directly to your order confirmation email.

  • Q3: Can I deposit cash directly at a bank branch counter?
    Yes! If you make a cash deposit at a local bank counter, please ensure the teller includes your Order Number as the reference. Note that counter deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect in our system.

💰 4. Refunds & Inspection Process

Once your return shipment is received and thoroughly inspected by our team, we will email you a notification of receipt and approval/rejection status.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be manually credited and transferred back to your original bank account within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times across Australia.

Late Refunds: If you haven't received it after 5 business days, first check your bank statement again, then contact your bank's support. If completed and still missing, reach out to our support team immediately.
